On March 31, 205, we purchased a 2025 Buick Envision ST. The shophulett.com website gave us enough information to visit the Hulett Dealership. John S. greeted me with a smile and was very cordial in asking me questions and our intent of looking at the Buick within the display vehicle parking lot. There was no pressure from John S as we discussed our options to purchase. After our purchase, John S. spent time to cover all of the options within the car to demonstrate the added features. Hulett has been servicing our 2015 Ford Edge for a number of years, and they have been very pleasant to work with and scheduling the Ford SUV. We are looking forward in visiting this dealership for our 2025 Buick and 2015 Ford services.

They had our truck for 5 weeks to fix the turbo hose, they said they had to wait for parts they called us on Wednesday May 7th and said it was done. We pick it up on Thursday the 8th. Drove it home. Went to drive it on Friday the 9th drove it on Highway 54 got over the bridge up the hill and the turbo hose went out again. We called Huletts and said we were hauling it back in. It is now sitting at Huletts again. This is Monday the 12th. We are not happy with the service department at all. It seems like they do not what they are doing.

I came in for a oil change and asked them to look at the sunroof latch that is broken and tell me how much to fix it. Gunnar did great to my knowledge. They had my car for a week but they did not have the part that was needed so I understand that. What I don't understand is how a $100 part took $698 in labor. The ticket did not specify hours spent on the car but I was told initially it was about a 4 hour fix because they had to take my bumper off. I am happy with the fix, just that labor bill was insane.

Cary listened to what I wanted and worked diligently to acquire the exact Traverse I was looking for. He worked with me to get all the paperwork prepared prior to going to the dealership and made my experience very smooth and timely. I am extremely disappointed.. My family has done business with Huletts clear back to Cliff. My Equinox was bought at Huletts and I purchased a van there a few yrs ago. I took my van in to be inspected and change the oil. I was told the brake drum was bad .. Then I was told it was OK and safe, so was not fixed.. I noticed the sticker on the windshield says brakes not checked....??? ... For a few days I had heard a noise that had never been there in my Equinox . I told the young man at the desk they would have to drive it to hear it. Days later I picked my car up started down the road and the same noise was still there! I turned around and took it back and ask if they had ever drove it. He wasn't sure.. I paid $3700.00 + for something that wasn't broke. ( Money I have been saving for a new furnace I need before winter)..... I called about my car a few days ago and it was supposed to be worked on that day.. They still have my car and haven't heard a word.... I am an elderly lady that lives on SS an I feel this is unacceptable... I had always trusted Huletts 100 percent to take care of me... I arrived at my scheduled time of 8:00 a.m. September 5 I was and out by 9:20 a.m. They removed the film protection on my UPD, which was cause view issues in seeing the projected windshield information. This should have be done at time of my 2025 new vehicle issued from the dealership in March 31. I was informed GM knowns issues of the UPD stopping altogether, hoping they come up with a fix, if mine goes out because of like this feature on our Envision ST. I request to do a walk-thru under our vehicle due to road hazard truck tires ... and they found a loose fender protector fastener. This was fixed at a standard labor cost. All in all, I was satisfied with my service.

Took it in for check engine light. 48K miles 2024 still under power train warranty. Also rear springs squeaky. Told me it was evap solenoid 300-400 bucks, not warranty. Springs-bushings going needs new leaf springs 1200-1600 bucks. Not warranty. They wanted 140 for diagnostics, Nathan said should be double. He finally agreed to 70.00 I asked if they had reset code. No, they don’t do that. So I went home and found my scanner and reset code. Engine light staying off now. I sprayed the leaf spring bushings with oil sprayed through pump sprayer. No more squeak. I told another senior friend about my visit, they said least I should do,is report them. I said the least I can do is not go there again.

Brought the truck in for an oil change and diagnostic review for oil leak. It was a gallery plug on a truck that was purchased new from your dealership. The truck has 54,000 miles, on a motor with 100,000 mile warranty. The technician said it wasn’t covered by the warranty, and that it wasn’t that bad of a leak. Why do we have a warranty like that if it doesn’t cover a plug that keeps the oil in the motor. All service has been done at this dealership.

This could be lengthy. I have been a paying Chevrolet customer since 1967. Started out with Roberts Chevrolet in Bolivar, Missouri. My husband was a part tie employee as he was going through college. Then in Jefferson City we bought Chevrolets from Riley's. Both dealerships prided themselves on small town relationships, community involvements and excellent service. I could give numerous testimonies how this little retired school teacher was assisted and pleased with those dealerships. After retirement I moved to the Lake of the Ozarks and eventually moved my business to Huletts. I have bought two cars from there. You asked about my latest visit. Not good. Upon my arrival for my 2:30 appointment the entry into the service garage I couldn't get in because an unmanned truck was blocking the drive. After about 10 minutes I parked in general parking and walked in for service. I explained I had called the day before requesting a tire pressure sensor replacement. The attendant took my keys and I said I'd wait for it since I live about 23 miles from the dealership. While waiting for my car I walked around the showroom looking for a 2026 Equinox. None were on the floor and no salesman approached me. They were not all busy. I went outside and found an unlocked 2026 Equinox. I explored the car for several minutes opening every door and hatch checking out the options and reading the sticker. This car was sitting on the lot in front of the showroom. No one came to ask if I needed assistance. I reentered the showroom and went looking for a available salesman I asked if he was available and remarked that if I was a Riley's in Jefferson City they would have greeted me before I was out of the car. The salesman was very attentive and provided me with all the details I requested. Went back to garage when called. They said my car was complete and I could pay at the window. They had changed my oil and rotated my tires with no sensor replacement. After some discussion about the work I again waited and finally received my car back. It was not time for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I wouldn't have to pay for that. She apologized for the inconvenience. As I was leaving the dealership all four tires read a different psi number and one was 4 points under the recommended 35. As I continue to explore buying a 2026 Equinox I will certainly keep this service experience in mind. The salesman has reached out to me this morning to thank me for coming in. He doesn't know about the service error. Chevrolet products from sedans, corvettes, minivans, Tahoe, and 3 Equinox SUVs have served my family well. My truck overheated and had to be taken back to the dealership within a couple of miles from the dealership. I was told this was due to air pockets in the cooling system that weren't checked properly before I picked up truck. There was really no excuse for this, since the truck was there for over a week. I was also charged over 500 for a thermostat which after reviewing my powertrain warranty is clearly covered by my certified preowned warranty which doesn't expire until June of 2026. Here is what the warranty states: “coverage begins at the inlet to the water pump and ends with the thermostat housing” this clearly covers the thermostat. I have asked for this to be reviewed, and my bill adjusted accordingly or to be provided with an explanation as to why this warranty is not being honored.

When presenting my car for an oil change I asked the advisor if the tech checks the transmission fluid as part of the ( fluid check). He said that it could not be done because it was a sealed unit. I informed him that it was in fact not actually sealed and there was a fill plug on this particular model fully expecting him to have the tech perform that task during the oil change. When he informed me the vehicle was completed I asked if he spoke to the tech about the Trans fluid check and he proceeded to tell me that that task is performed in a different part of the shop and if I wanted to wait he could schedule it. Sorry but that is just not acceptable. Your advisor was unwilling to address my request when first asked to and then wanted to inconvenience me. I want you to check and see what's involved in checking the trans fluid in my vehicle and then let me know just how long that would have taken while it was in your shop.
